The following qualifications are desired:

Must pass all LOTT training

Must know how to drive a fork lift and a box clamp

Must be able to work scheduled overtime hours.

Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Experience and certification on Raymond Order Picker, Reach truck and sit down forklift

Maintain maximum number of order/lines per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Fills customers’ orders according to style and quantity with pick ticket and RF gun

Inspects merchandise for correct count and for proper markings, additional tags and labels for shipment

Forklift operation of Raymond order picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklift.

Work in a safe manner and observe all plant safety rules.

Perform the Pre-shift forklift safety check before operating the forklift.

Transport empty bins/drums to the staging area.

Transport pallets of full bins/drums to staging area.

Empty Waste Dumpers as requested by Supervisor/Mechanic.

Move resources and supplies as requested by Supervisor/Mechanic.

Forklift operator experience is a plus

Load and unload trailers and move freight across the dock using a forklift

Load freight to and from dock and trailers according to specifications of Bills of Lading, delivery receipts, packaging labels

Minimum of a high school education or GED

2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferrred

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred

6 months prior warehouse forklift experience

Forklift certification is required or obtained immediately upon hire.

Position must pass a post offer drug test, Pre-Work Screen, and background check

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles

Trained and knowledgeable in the use of PPE (personal protective equipment).

Set down totes in a safe and organized manner in the tote brining area.

Move brined totes to the appropriate scale.

Weigh brine totes to their correct weight.

Repair totes when needed and separate usable from non-repairable totes.

Work with the Brining Dept. to ensure a steady supply of brine.

At least 1 year of experience operating a sit down lift and clamp truck

Operate sit down forklift, clamp truck, and pallet jacks to move items throughout the warehouse

Stock products and load totes for delivery

Track and record units of materials handled

Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
