Exxel Outdoors is looking for a Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator to join our growing team in Reno, Nevada.

This position ensures orders are picked and put aways are done accurately. The Warehouse Forklift Driver responsibilities include receiving incoming merchandise, unloading trailers, filling orders for customer shipments, loading trailers, movement of goods from the storage to loading area. Incumbent may use a forklift to perform the above mentioned responsibilities..

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act professionally and remain focused while working
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Unloads merchandise from containers ensuring the accuracy by item and pieces
  • Perform cleaning activities as required
  • Forklift operation of Raymond order picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklift.
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
  • Inspects merchandise for correct count and for proper markings, additional tags and labels for shipment
  • Floor picking (off machine) picking when needed
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Put away incoming product accurately using RF gun
  • Fills customers’ orders according to style and quantity with pick ticket and RF gun
  • Replenish empty bins
  • Load outgoing shipments
  • Safely operate all warehouse equipment
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
  • Follow directions of leadership
  • Maintain maximum number of order/lines per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience and certification on Raymond Order Picker, Reach truck and sit down forklift
  • Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Ability to use electronic devices
  • Ability to Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented
  • Ability to read and understand pick tickets written in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required
  • Ability to operate a warehouse cart
  • Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately
