Flight Operations Coordinator Jobs

Previous experience working in a coordination, logistics, dispatching, or project management role within an environmental or aviation setting.

The position is 100% remote.

The individual hired must have interpersonal and communication skills that translate over video and other conferencing means.

Demonstrated knowledge in the conservation of natural resources.

3-5 years of experience, preferably working in non-profit organizations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This job is a member of the Flight Service Team, within the Customer Experience Division.

You’ll bring your customer service, multitasking and administrative skills.

Assists the Duty Managers with all aspects of Flight Service operation

In the absence of a Duty Manager, the Flight Service Coordinator will assume all Duty Manager administrative functions

Payment: Monthly, fixed-rate. Some weeks more, some weeks less – depends what’s going on.
