Develop skills around sustainable and expandable category sourcing, including capacity and contingency strategies ensuring continuity of supply

Support Sourcing Leads by conducting new (and existing) supplier assessments (includes supplier financial health, capacity capabilities, network analysis, and pricing)

Build capability around sourcing events (Request for Proposals, Information, etc) via the Sourcing Playbook

Understand production and manufacturing process’ for the respective categories via supplier visits, and industry research

Build relationships with internal stakeholders that align and aid with fostering the above activities

Demonstrate understanding of external market impacts to sourcing categories

Having experience demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;

Possessing the ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management in both written and verbal form; and,

Possessing an understanding of financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, and financial reporting systems;

Possessing knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and current accounting policies and procedures;

Possessing the ability to research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;

Possessing the ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development.
