Engineering Data Scientist Jobs

Communicating with developers, product managers and technical support specialists on critical issues by following Agile methodologies;

Developing QA automation and testing strategies;

Performing integration tests on web services and APIs using REST, Postman, Swagger, and other testing tools;

Designing, coding and executing automated test cases, including integration with DevOps tools;

Writing automation scripts to validate quality, performance, resiliency, and security of cloud-based services and applications;

Setting up and troubleshooting automation environments;

·Basic data analysis and statistics experience is expected

·Equivalent relevant industrial experience with clean room + wafer level processing methods & tools.

·5-15+ years hands-on industrial experience in semiconductor fab environment

·Good written and verbal communication skills

·Experience performing semiconductor industry lithography processes, including wafer spin-coating, lithographic patterning + developing.

·Curiosity and excitement to learn beyond assignments, excellent problem-solving skills

Design and generate phage display libraries for de novo discovery and affinity maturation (previous phage display experience not required)

Prior experience with protein design including antibody and Fc-fusion proteins as well as plasmid systems for transient and stable mammalian expression

Technical experience in the development and execution of ELISAs, BLI, and other methods for protein quantification and binding characterization

Experience with transient transfection and CHO/HEK293 suspension cell culture is desired

Goal oriented, organized, strong multi-tasking skills

Responsible for leading molecular biology design and construction of complex and multi-domain protein therapeutics including plasmid sequencing, characterization, and scale-up

Bachelor's Degree in structural biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline and 5+ years of academic / industry experience

Master's Degree in structural biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline and 3+ years of academic / industry experience

PhD in structural biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline No experience required

Ph.D. in structural biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline ; Master’s degree with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience

Some experience with protein-protein binding assays (Biacore, Octet) desired

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following

Experience with project management, including with agile development techniques.

Interacting with customers to formulate their needs into specific requirements and deliverables will be a key part of the job.

1+ years of experience developing data science algorithms to aid and assist in optimization or predictive analysis

Experience using Python on data science applications

Engineering domain knowledge relating to aircraft maintenance, design, or testing are desirable.

Working with systems and software engineering to make those visions a reality will be another key aspect of this position.

PhD or MD OR Master's degree and five years of professional level experience in a technical or research lab.

Internship experience or experience prior to attaining the qualifying degree is not considered eligible work experience for this job classification.

Laboratory experience will be based on area of assignment.

Publication track record that shows strong evidence of data analysis experience/ capability.

Completion of cell culture and molecular biology assays assigned by the PI
