Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to build sub-assemblies and assemblies

Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to customer specifications;

Assemble equipment to engineering drawings, schematics, and IPEG standards, based on work orders or production schedules, according to specifications;

Perform quality checks on products and parts;

Position or align components for assembly;

Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies;

Fasten or install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand/electric/pneumatic tools;

Vocational school and/or knowledge/experience in basic electricity required; vocational school training preferred.

Vocational school and/or knowledge/experience in automotive wiring, including knowledge of automotive electrical component technology required; vocational school training preferred.

Vocational Training in lieu of experience will be considered.

Requirements: knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

1+ years’ experience performing mechanical assembly (build) of product

1+ years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring

Possess some knowledge on electrical clearances

Perform sub assembly wiring and final assembly wiring work to the highest level of accuracy and Workmanship

Ability to perform basic assembly skills.

Knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic assembly equipment.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Contributes to identifying problems and implementing appropriate countermeasures.

Ability to understand and execute basic standard procedures.

Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.

Experience with hand tools or various power tools (which could include wrenches, torques)

One year of previous assembly or troubleshooting/repairing/operating equipment experience

Formal training program offered to all employees to learn new skills 4 times a year

Earn a starting pay rate of $19.30/hr, additional raises for skills and tenure and start earning $26.00/hr within three years

Pay range $16.50/hour with 90 day increases, capping out at $17.50.

Annual Performance Reviews with potential Pay Increases

Must have hands-on experience with electrical panels and assemblies

Experience with AC/DC panels and 208VAC and 24VDC panel assemblies

Participate in review, and construction of equipment

Install or assist with installation of Electrical and mechanical components and assemblies

Inspect, install, wire/rewire, and repair as needed

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems

One year of general labor experience preferably in a manufacturing environment or willing to learn

More than one year of general labor experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

Experience in working with concrete or in a similar manufacturing environment

Knowledge of reading a tape measure and using basic hand tools.

Performs other duties as necessary.

Employees can wear long pants either jeans or other work type pants.

No Sweats or Yoga pants and no leggings.

T-shirts (no low cut/tight) and sweat shirts are acceptable as long as they are not derogatory in nature.

Steel toe or composite toe shoes or boots required in the shop.

Cut resistant sleeves and gloves and safety glasses with side shields are provided by Parker

Knowledge of basicv math concepts and skills

Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts

Complete assigned tasks through operating laser systems, automation cell, cleaning lines, inspections or similar such work centers

Inspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specifications

Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines

Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times

Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required

UV Bonding, packaging, operating, and loading machines, measuring, material handling, coating, masking, mixing, blasting and inspection of product or components

Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications

Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts preferred

Previous experience with operating molding equipment is desirable

Quality control experience is desirable

Typically requires 1 year of previous related experience.

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies.

Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.

Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

This position performs repetitive assembly of pre-engineered electro-mechanical equipment control modules.

Some position will require Automotive Electrical experience

Hydraulic & Electrical (Automotive wiring) Skills

Experience in the utility industry
