Actively supports the sales process to drive opportunities to closure on an as needed basis

Current and valid medical state license/certifications.

Minimum of one year professional experience in similar medical setting

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Administer care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

Implement patient treatment plans as directed by provider

Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

Provide administrative support to include executive team calendar management, call scheduling, and travel coordination

Oversee the day-to-day office including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, etc

Assist the HR team in the onboarding process for new hires

Process purchase orders, coordinate payments, and follow up on receivables

Plan and lead company events, celebrations, and more

Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification and consistently demonstrate mastery within Territory.

Daily and Weekly Reconciliation of Inventory Consumption

Codes and inputs documents into SAP ERP system according to protocol

Records Daily Production Hrs to Production orders into SAP ERP system

Reviews and interprets Financial & Analytical reports and makes corrections as needed.
