Coordinate with Director of Youth Ministry to assist in developing strategy for 6-12th grade program.

When appropriate, prepare and deliver messages.

Lead lesson-based discussion for a small group of students.

Specifically design roles for adults involved in program to enable them to impact 6th-8th graders on Thursday nights and other events.

Handle disciplinary problems and resolve conflicts with Youth and Parents involved in TNL ministry in conjunction with Director of Youth Ministry.

Increase program participation/relationships by planning and executing large outreach events.

Background in Youth and Family Ministry, Education, or significant experience in Youth Ministry.

Assist the Pastor and Director of Religious Education in Confirmation.

Work with religious education to develop and run a program of faith formation in preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Communication, computer, time management, organizational, audio/visual, and social media skills

Bachelor's Degree in Theology or related field or the equivalent work / ministry experience

Implement the eight components of Comprehensive Catholic Youth Ministry as defined by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

Be present in teenagers' lives by attending school plays, sports events, etc, to perform relational ministry

Communicate, advertise, and invite teenagers and parents through digital, print, and social media

High School Ministry - Recruit, train, form, and supervise a volunteer team, leveraging Life Teen to:

Espace: create and manage room reservations at LBC

A 30-60-90 day review by your manager

Annual Review by your manager

Coordinate details for weekly events (Student Ministry Night on Wednesday nights and Activate on Sunday morning)

Logistics for events outside of LBC including, research, scheduling, making reservations, communication, etc.

Assist with details for larger events such as: Summer Camp and Missions Trips

Analyze sales activity and results to direct individual performance and to provide input to senior management reporting.

Manage the performance and professional development of sales executives.

3-5 years’ experience leading a high-performing sales team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
