Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food

Three to five years of foodservice operation experience

High volume production and catering experience is essential

Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively

Assists in the case management/tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM system

Education: Bachelor's Degree in OT, PT or ST.

Experience: Two (2) years experience as a clinician.

READING - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

WRITING - Intermediate: Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, or procedures.

Stand - Continuously Over 2/3 (5.5 – 8 hours)

Must have BLS CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.

Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, referral sources, and community organizations.

Two years clinical experience in area of specialty, or 2 years progressive clinical leadership experience in a related specialty, is required

What We Offer For Full And Part-time Positions

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred

RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start

BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start

2+ years’ experience in the healthcare field, working knowledge Medicare, insurances and resident rights.

Leading and directing the work of others

Utilizing relevant data and clinical judgment to ensure appropriate delivery of therapy

Planning and schedule staff based on clinical needs of patients.

Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, OT, OTA, PTA, SLP).

Must have solid understanding and comfort with computer skills.

Additional physical requirements not outlined in Policy 2.4 include the ability to drive routinely in an automobile.

Partners with Rehabilitation Director to coordinate therapy personnel and community education

Attains or exceeds budgeted goals and leads all direct reports to do the same.

Responsible for direct patient care on an as needed basis
