Administer accurate quantity take-offs and estimates. Monitor competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and value engineering. Re-bid trades if cost increases occur.

Previous Food and Beverage Managerial experience.

Supplier Performance Management: manage ongoing supplier performance in a cross-functional team, evaluate supplier performance and propose / take corrective actions.

Supplier Resourcing: Move business proactively as the need arises to strengthen the supply chain. Provide project management and leadership oversight.

Performance Management: Lead, manage, develop and coach employees within department.

Managerial experience including demonstrated leadership to accomplish corporate objectives.

Project Team participation and / or Project Management.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or comparable field of study is desirable

Demonstrated experience in leading an organizational procurement function

Demonstrated experience leading a team

Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to analyze and evaluate issues, resolve problems, and maintain effective working relationships

Knowledge of computer accounting programs (BirchStreet), math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required

Must have minimum 3 years purchasing experience, including Food & beverage purchases

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written

Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills

Must have supervisory and leadership skills

Previous experience in a resort and/or luxury hotel preferred

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Discover and utilize ERP for data elements such as stocking levels, lead times, re-order points, general PO management, and vendor management.

Internal – Leadership and Executive team members and functional teams, Plant Management teams, Procurement/Purchasing.

Manage inventory risks and opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-oriented.

Strong ERP experience is required. Netsuite a plus.
