Director Of Institutional Research Jobs

Partner closely with product management and engineering to identify and execute on an agile R&D agenda

5+ years of professional experience leading research and development of technologies that have been scaled and commercialized

5+ years of product development experience

Manage strategic partnerships with key external partners to support R&D development and scale-up

Manage rapid design, prototyping, and testing cycles to rapidly evaluate technology concepts

5+ years of experience in scale up from lab to pilot to commercialization

In depth knowledge of federal regulations, state and local laws, ICH-GCP requirements, and sponsor related requirements

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to supervise and manage subordinate co-workers

Three years' human subjects clinical research experience, including investigational drugs and/or medical devices research experience

Three years' IRB regulatory experience

CIP certification required within one to two years of hire date

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and other Project Management tools

7yrs experience in clinical research, rare disease, public health, or life science

Strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to balance, and manage priorities, projects, and deadlines

Experience designing, executing, or overseeing human research projects;

Demonstrated experience with communicating science to various audiences and through different media outlets

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and other Project Management tools

No special certification, registration or licensure required.

This position is fully remote and will require occasional travel.

Master's degree can be substituted with 10 years of experience as an operations Manager working with delinquency, and/or juvenile justice. And

Experience developing, coordinating, and conducting training related to licensing rules and requirements for child caring institutions.

Managing and interacting with a unionized workforce including representing management in the grievance process.

At least two (2) years of recent experience in Child Welfare.

Five (5) of the 10 years of required experience must be in a Child Caring Institution. And

Extensive knowledge of Michigan Department of Health, Human Services and Child Welfare Licensing rules for Child Caring Institutions.

Demonstrated knowledge of current higher education issues, assessment, and accreditation.

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of research methods and advanced statistical analysis techniques as well as statistical analysis software.

Experience in identifying, generating, and using data for problem solving and decision-making.

Strong writing and interpersonal skills.

Experience designing and developing public-facing dashboards.

Proficient in computer skills including Excel, WEAVE, Jenzabar, and statistical software.

Experience with excel, Power Point, third party consultant databases and industry research tools

Prepare contents and presentations specific to International Institutional sales teams

Coordinate with any relevant internal teams to answer tailor made requests coming from international sales teams

Make sure all collateral receive the appropriate Compliance validation

Create and maintain suitable Activity and Business monitoring tools: Marketing Activity pipeline, Business Pipeline, RFP activity and post mortem analysis

Proactively reach out to offshore Institutional key contact persons in order to facilitate and increase new Business momentum.

● Excellent communication skills, particularly in the effective presentation of data

● Strong quantitative analytical skills

● Capacity to manage numerous complex processes and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
