2+ years of experience in complains processing, preferably in the Bankcard processing industry.

BA/BS Finance, Economics, Business or other related field.

In depth knowledge of card transactions and Visa/MasterCard regulations preferred.

Order entry experience required. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Highly organized multitasker with ability to manage time well.

$ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour

First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

Inside Sales Training Solutions Specialist Responsibilities

Follow up inquiries for training from prospective clients

Update, quote and sell to prospective client information & qualify lead based on BSI established SalesForce.com procedures

Send and relay information to prospective client via email, mail or telephone

Ability to facilitate change management philosophies to enhance the adoption of all Baxter Care Communications programs

TRAVEL: Up to 75% travel, including overnight travel. 100% REMOTE

Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Implementation Engineers, and other Baxter team members to ensure successful implementation of projects.

Previous acute care nursing experience preferred

Excellent presentation skills and ability to build written content with little direction

Proven success in verbal and written communication, along with experience with Microsoft Office suite
