What are the main responsibilities?

Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover any teammate as needed.

Visit and provide continuous support to clients in order to satisfy their daily transactional requirements, enquiries, and documentation needs.

Adhere to process KPI’s and, ORM, BCP & Internal Audit requirements

Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the unit’s requirements, policies, and standards

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.

2 – 4 years of experience in banking or a similar area

Knowledge of the banking sector, and FAB’s products and business strategies

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Researches current legal trends impacting insurance coverage issues and implements knowledge of state-specific issues

Eight years of experience focused on insurance coverage analysis and/or coverage litigation

Experience in legal research and writing

Excellent knowledge of coverage law and legal research

Strong knowledge of the theory and practice of the claim function and insurance coverage
