Corporate Financial Controller Jobs

Work closely with the EVP, Finance, to build out a high performing corporate accounting and financial reporting function.

Lead, mentor, staff, and manage a ~15-person organization spanning all core accounting areas (revenue, shared services, general ledger, reporting, SOX/audit.)

Collaborate effectively with Finance to develop and/or support annual budgets, forecast updates, and monthly variance analyses.

Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines.

Executive level communicator with strong written and presentation skills.

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and planning abilities.

Assist with management, Board, and financial reporting, including presentations and key analysis requests

Project manage LastPass’ forecast cycles including the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, short-range outlooks, and long-range plan

You must have exceptional financial, analytical and communication skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines

Experience in FP&A or related field

Superior analytical and modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel

A self-starter with exceptional attention to details, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills

At least five (5) years of financial and operational management experience

Budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring experience

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and internal controls

BONUS if you have CPA/public accounting experience, payroll and tax preparation experience, or Quickbooks/Sage Accounting software experience!

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills essential

Strong ERP experience is a plus

Experience working with accounting technology, systems, and software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to make recommendations and implement changes required

Strong multitasking, planning, prioritizing, and executing skills are a must

Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
