Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years work experience
Must have experience with personnel security, document and visitor control.

Detailed Job Description The Contractor Program Partner is responsible for the overall management and oversight of the contractor program. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure that contractors are properly trained, qualified, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor Program Partner will also work with other departments to ensure that contractors are properly managed and that their services are meeting the company’s needs.

The Contractor Program Partner will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure that contractors are properly trained, qualified, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Working with other departments to ensure that contractors are properly managed and that their services are meeting the company’s needs.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the contractor program.
• Monitoring contractor performance and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that contractors are meeting the company’s standards.
• Ensuring that contractors are properly compensated and that their contracts are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Working with the legal department to ensure that all contracts are properly drafted and executed.
• Working with the finance department to ensure that all payments to contractors are properly processed and tracked.
