Proven experience (few+ years) in senior marketing roles, preferably within the gaming, blockchain, or fintech industries.

Strong understanding of the GameFi landscape, decentralized finance, and emerging trends in the gaming industry.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse marketing team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

Demonstrable skills in marketing and branding.

Knowledge of startup venture capital landscape is a plus.

Ideate on the design of the product, interface, brand and other assets.

Participate in monthly planning meetings.

Assist in finding suitable investors.

Assist in pitching to potential investors.

Create & manage a solid network of strategic partnerships & contractors

Proven experience as chief marketing officer or chief operating officer

Prior experience as a successful media buyer

Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and processes

A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

Deep knowledge/experience in B2C go to market strategies and developing B2B partnerships

Previous experience as CMO or marketing/growth roles at startups preferred

Build and lead marketing/non-technical teams

Create and build relationships with external stakeholders, partnerships, and customers

Negotiate partnership and client contracts

Lead social media & PR efforts
