Interprets country work plan inspection requirements to determine if product meets requirements.

Under close supervision, interprets and applies grading standards while performing inspection procedures for fresh cherries.

Follows established sample procedures by determined product grade when pulling and/or obtaining samples.

Utilize the Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment technology to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System

6 months’+ cherry picker forklift experience

6 months’+ reach truck forklift experience

Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus

Inspect and perform or assist in equipment maintenance as required; report any unsafe conditions to management.

Must follow all power equipment rules and regulations, including any regulatory agency policies, to include OSHA.

Must use all personal protective safety equipment, including lanyards and harnesses to be worn at all times when operation order/stock pickers.

Must follow all facility safety rules and regulations at all times.

Demonstrate the ability to perform all scanner functions necessary for the position, including cycle-counts, replenishment, item inquiry, inventory putaway, etc.

Ensure all product is stacked neatly and safely when moved via power equipment and when stored in rack or staging locations

At least 2 years of experience operating a Cherry Picker and Reach Lift

Previous experience working in a distribution environment

Operate Cherry Pickers and Reach Lifts to pick orders

Use RF Scanner to sort inventory

Proficient with an RF Scanner

Comfortable using a Cherry Picker and being 3-4 racks high

Look for and research missing stock to meet order requirements.

Serve as a member of the Distribution Center team, providing assistance as needed. Qualifications Qualifications

High school level reading and math skills.

Demonstrated understanding of related safety requirements.

Assure compliance with all related safety regulations.

Unload incoming shipments from trucks.
