Continued education, ASE/manufacturer hands on and web based training

Experience a plus, but will train

1 year of service = 40 hours of vacation

7 – 24 years of service = 120 hours of vacation

Entry-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred

Document and perform work as outlined on repair order following all dealership and factory standards.

Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil; replace oil and air filters.

Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as necessary.

Must have basic computer operating skills

Excellent customer focus. strategic planning experience a plus. Strong project management and escalation management skills.

May take hybrid-BDM responsibilities to seed market prior to dedicated sales resources being in place.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar engineering major. Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical background preferred. Experience in networking, computing, IT or industrial controls a plus.

Highly skilled in relationship building and teamwork.

Skilled in tailoring go-to-market activities to customers and channel partners.

Excellent planning- organizing- and project management skills

3+ years of experience with long-range oil requirements and understanding of supply chain and continuous improvement

Manage day-to-day supply chain including

Oversee quarterly/semi-annual negotiations to meet production requirements

Ensure there is enough capacity to fulfill the requirements

Explore new refining partners; oversee onboarding- quality compliance requirements and quality audits- capacity and supply chain constraints
