Knowledgeable about all loan processing and funding applications

Have some experience reading credit reports

Some knowledge of industry marketing and sales techniques

Adapt to a fast paced, high energy work environment. leadership experience is a PLUS

Have a command of interpersonal and communication skills

2 year college or equivalent work experience preferred

Assist Branch Manager with identification of staff performance issues as appropriate.

Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
