Billing And Collections Director Jobs

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2-3 years Billing/Collections experience

Proven experience and excellent business judgement in analyzing, communicating, troubleshooting, and processing invoices and collections.

Knowledge of RSG and Wideorbit systems is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Daily review of Aging Report to identify accounts that are delinquent

Work with third party payer to obtain authorizations and benefits and eligibility (online or telephonically)

Review and research payer specific requirement to determine required documentation and accurate billing

Two (2) years' experience in healthcare, insurance and/or similar experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Prioritize and execute based on customer and/or business urgency

Understand managed care authorizations and limits to coverage.

Verify patient benefits eligibility and coverage.

3-5 years of relevant experience working with billing and collections for various payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, etc.

Must have a thorough knowledge of the full revenue cycle.

Experience with various EHR systems.

Enter information for healthcare insurance claims.

Collections management of more complex claims, such as Prosthetics and Custom Orthotics.

Manage claims process including intake, claim submittal, and accounts receivable activities for Breg’s in-house billing programs.

Process and facilitate pre-certification and data input processes for claims.

Maintain related files and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements and practice.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred and 2+ years applicable experience.

Experience with Prosthetic and Customer Orthotic Billing is highly desirable.

Lead and manage the Billing and Collections team maintaining an environment of accountability and excellent customer service.

Six years of related experience required. At least four years in leadership capacity is required

Knowledge and expertise in grant billing and practices and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and electronic filing of claims.

Must have good interpersonal and negotiating skills

Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Manage Customer Communication and Billing Accuracy for Key Accounts as assigned

Manage Customer DSO and account balance

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance related field

2 years related experience in a similar billing role

Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Excel

Maximize revenue by billing invoices weekly within a robust billing application

Lead business development, negotiation of terms, and vendor management discussions related to all things payments and subscription management

Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience in payment or payment-related roles with responsibility for digital payment processing, recurring billing

Experience managing payment fraud and general risk programs

Experience managing relationships and contractual terms with external business partners/vendors

1-2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience in the SaaS Industry
