You’ll be responsible for delivering skill acquisition programs and behavior support protocols in center, home, and/or community settings.

You’ll be responsible for implementing programs that target daily living skills, leisure skills, social skills, adaptive skills, and communication skills.

Developing, expanding, and overseeing programs, performing computational research, and managing clinical trial portfolios.

Collaborating with other NIA Divisions to address common research challenges.

Recognizable accomplishment and career progression in a research activity related to health or biomedical/behavioral sciences.

Ability to communicate effectively, to plan, initiate, administer, and evaluate a scientific program successfully.

Familiarity with the dynamics of health-related research.

Maintain knowledge of current goals/objectives that each resident is working on and encouraging the resident to do so.

Supporting the facility’s philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.

Greeting new residents to the facility and orienting them to the building and staff.

Monitor facility entrances and exits to ensure that resident safety.

Make regular rounds during scheduled shift to ensure the safety of residents and staff.

Assist residents going to workshop and special community outings with arrival and departure ensuring proper hygiene, medications, and clothing.

Project management skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines across a variety of initiatives

Develop innovative behavioral finance (be-fi) research ideas focused on improving customer outcomes across all workplace experiences ( Health benefits and wealth/retirement)

Develop partnerships with external academics including formation and management of academic grant proposals and review process

Relevant corporate experience working in an applied behavioral finance role a plus

Prior Financial services and/or Health benefits, or healthcare research experience preferred

Conduct experience audits to provide actionable be-fi based recommendations for team to test and deploy
