Baker Assistant Summer 2023 Jobs

Take daily attendance and report back to Manager of Youth and Family Engagement.

Attend project team preparatory meetings leading up to the start of camp.

During camp days, assist with class/event setup, preparation, and cleanup.

Greet and welcome camp families into the museum/studio/community environment.

Help facilitate program activities by engaging, encouraging, and providing instructional support for participating children and families.

Bachelor’s Degree (or in process) in Sports Management, Business, or related field/experience

Work with Camp Director on scheduling and change management

Manage equipment inventory and storage before and after camp each day

Manage attendance procedures for all summer camps – including attendance tracking and updating.

Coordinate and update skills challenge awards, tracking, and leaderboards.

Experience in a collegiate sport specific program

Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

Performing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed by the Person in Charge (PIC)
