Responsible for the employee lifecycle, supervision, performance management, salary administration, time management, corrective action and training of directly assigned personnel.
Ability to work with all levels of management, employees and customers with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
Ability to communicate, coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments, management, and staff.
Train and lead approximately 150 seasonal team members to ensure menu standards and dining experience expectations are being upheld.
Adhere to and enforce Health, Environment, Safety, Security (HESS) requirements.
