Ability to communicate, coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments, management, and staff.
Train and lead approximately 150 seasonal team members to ensure menu standards and dining experience expectations are being upheld.
Adhere to and enforce Health, Environment, Safety, Security (HESS) requirements.
