Assistant Facilities Project Manager Jobs

Enhance project management experience by continuous review and improvement of systems, processes, and procedures to drive efficiencies

Expert knowledge of project management planning process, principles, budget, schedule and risk management

Strong contractual negotiation and vendor management skills

Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work styles locally and geographically

Team management and team leader

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners vendor partners and Site Facilities Manager.

At least four (4) years of supervisory or management experience with direct reports and

Intermediate skill level using Maintenance Management Systems

Knowledge of supplier management principles

Interpersonal skills (including conflict resolution and management)

Compile budget spreadsheets and variance reports for Director, Senior Project Managers and Vice President.

An Associate’s degree with prior work experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience in Microsoft Project, Procore, Microsoft Office, or AutoCAD is a plus. Can also educate on all as well.

The analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in circumstances or situations vary.
