Acute Care Sales Representative Jobs

Manage their daily patient schedule.

Assesses each patient, as related to the therapy requested on physician referral and provides reassessments.

Gathers data including patient past and current health issues, systems review, selection of tests and measures to elicit additional information.

Makes clinical judgments based on examination and data gathered to generate an accurate therapy diagnosis.

Predicts optimal level of improvement and amount of time needed to reach that level.

Uses reexamination to determine whether predicted outcomes and goals are reasonable and modifies as necessary.

Work with discharge planners and families in offering Right at Home services and conducting care assessments and securing home care business

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively

Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment and good decision-making

Possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, and social media platforms

Achieve sales objectives for the Sacramento and Placer market.

Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations Core Values and incorporates them into the performance of responsibilities.

Physical stamina, manual dexterity, visual and aural acuity to perform responsibilities.Membership in professional specialty organizations desirable.

Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, creative problem solvingand excellent critical thinking skills.

Previous experience as a physician assistant or physician assistant fellowship experience ispreferred.

Serves as a clinical expert and resource for the education of peers and other health professionals.

Maintains annual CME requirement for re-appointment and privileging.
