Activity Coordination Assistant Jobs

Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.

Prior experience working in an Assisted Living, Long Term Care, or Memory Care facility preferred, but not required. We'll train you!

Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.

Competitive wages with credit for experience

Planning and implementing activities for the Care Suite units.

Working closely with Caregivers to ensure evening and weekend programs are conducted.

The Activity Coordination Assistant 1 schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes, activities and/or events.

Plans, promotes and coordinates programs to provide members with a variety fitness activities.

•Minimum of 1 year in a previous administrative role - 2 years
