Detailed Job Description The Academy Education Manager is responsible for the overall management of the academy’s educational activities. The Education Manager is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of the academy’s students. This includes developing curriculum, selecting textbooks and other materials, and ensuring that the programs are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Education Manager must also ensure that the academy’s educational programs are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the students. The Education Manager is also responsible for managing staff and ensuring that the academy meets its educational goals. This includes hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as evaluating their performance. The Education Manager must also ensure that the academy’s staff is properly trained and equipped to provide quality educational services.
