Must have good leadership and communication skills.

Must have experience supervising and working on a new construction site.

Illustrate in-depth knowledge of all concrete processes.

Manage Crew in regards to processes, scheduling, costs, employee relations issues, and employment needs.

Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience.

Must have 2 plus years of experience working on an industrial construction project in the warehouse or equivalent material handler position

Must have 2+ years of experience working for an industrial construction project in the warehouse or equivalent material handler position

Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.).

Assists to ensure job site is in compliance with company and regulatory ‎requirements/guidelines relative to OSHA, NIOSH and ACGIH.

Has specific experience with and ability to analyze and effectively report collected data

Leadership’s skills and to have the ability to work under difficult situations. This includes influencing others and dealing with conflict.

Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Crane Operator.

Must be able to meet all physical requirements.

Must hold a current NCCCO LBC certification.

Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.

Facilitate investigation meetings with on-site safety and construction management.

Report all observations of unsafe conditions and acts verbally and written to management.

Must have 5+ years of construction safety experience

Must be able to meet all physical requirements.

Experience generating technical reports and presenting information to direct supervisors

Experience using formal root cause methodologies such as Cause Mapping, TAPROOT, 5 Why, Etc.

Must possess all Knowledge Skills and Abilities for positions (see below).

Must have 1-12 months of experience working on an industrial construction project in the warehouse or equivalent material handler position

Must be able to meet all physical requirements.

Must have experience with rigging and rigging equipment.

Must be able to demonstrate former knowledge and experience working on high voltage systems.

Must have 4+ years experience as an Industrial Electrician or above.
