Accurately pick and load beverage products to fill customer orders

Meet picking goals and warehouse objectives

Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds

Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouse

Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as walkie riders and pallet jacks

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment… always moving! (And not sitting at a desk all day)

One (1) year warehouse experience preferred

This position must pass a post offer criminal background check and drug test

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to physically lift 30-50 lbs. continuously throughout shift

Must be able to work in a non climate controlled environment

Load outbound trucks/routes according to pick sheets

directly with warehouse management to identify and address concerns

Pull orders as directed by the Pick System

Stack cases on carts or pallets in proper manner to minimize potential for breakage

Stage carts or pallets in proper sequence, then load onto trucks for delivery, placing load locks in prescribed manner

Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and walk for extended period of time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Exceptional organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to inventory management.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory, maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Loader, or a similar role within a warehouse environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment.

Six months of experience in a similar position preferred

Experience in operating a pallet jack, forklift and other power equipment preferred

Able to learn and maintain knowledge of company and products

Working knowledge of computerized hand-held devices

Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision and the ability to judge distance
