Specialist Operations Regulatory Compliance Jobs

Assist with compiling statistical and trend analysis reports as required by regulators and/or for management reporting purposes.

2-4 years’ experience in a related financial services industry position required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Registrations / Certifications / Licensing Required

Respond to routine questions from internal business personnel regarding compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Assist with regulatory filings as assigned.

Experience working with remote teams and peers

Conducting regulatory risk assessments of processes and procedures to ensure that they reflect current operational requirements.

Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming technical compliance standards in established and newly regulated markets

At least two to five years of experience in Compliance field.

Good analytical skills and attention to details

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally with external and internal clients alike.

Bachelor’s degree in an Aviation, government, or judicial related field; Combination of Education and Experience will be considered

Participates in safety meetings and continuing education programs, maintaining close liaison with the FAA, NTSB and industry organizations and associations

Provides oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established internal standards

2+ years of experience working for a Part 121 air carrier

Demonstrated abilities in self organization, self-starting work ethic

Strong working knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, INFOs SAFOs, 8900.1, SAS and regulatory changes
