Hands-on, relevant experience through consulting or industry projects in several of the following areas:

Manufacturing experience in fabrication or assembly environments

Experience with requirements generation and management

7+ years of space vehicle or payload design experience

Experience architecting, designing, developing, and fielding satellites, payloads, communication subsystems, and TT&C data networks

Strong analytic/mathematics background with experience in system modeling, simulation, and analysis

Experience with orbital analysis and spacecraft simulation using commercial products (STK, FreeFlyer) or custom-developed tools

Experience planning and conducting mission operations for satellite missions

4-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing hardware in medical, robotics, transportation, critical infrastructure, or aerospace industries

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience designing analog and digital electronics and processor boards

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout

Familiarity with general-purpose test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies, etc.)

Experience with remote sensing data

5+ years of experience in the Aerospace/Space industry

Knowledge of orbital mechanics and pointing/control algorithms for spacecraft

Spacecraft operations experience, downloading and uploading spacecraft control parameters

Experience using software APIs to receive and send spacecraft telemetry data

Strong communication skills with other disciplines and engineers
