In Room Dining Busperson Jobs

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Greet guests seated in assigned station.

Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.

Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.

Set up tables according to established standards.

Notify management of maintenance repair issues

Complete any additional reasonable requests by management

Assist the department to drive guest satisfaction by providing consistent guest experiences

Minimum six (6) months of related experience required

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings

Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.

Knowledge of the basic functions of food operations. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.

Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.

Become familiar with all menu items, wine, and spirits.

Walk and push delivering food and beverage orders to guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery of orders.

Enter order into computer system to request food preparation.
