Residential Architect Designer Jobs

Good communication and team skills

Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Everything from Schematic Design through Construction Administration

Design and development of projects

Working with leasing agents and developers to come up with creative solutions to development issues

Working with tenants to develop interior office or retail spaces

Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and time management

Experience in furniture and millwork design; knowledge of Interiors details, millwork drawings is a plus

Should have strong skills with Revit 2022 (Revit Certification is a plus)

Associate or Architectural degree and minimum 3 years 3D Modeling experience in Revit and Rhinoceros 3D.

Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English – any other language is an asset

The ability to multi-task with experience of working on multiple projects at a time

Open door communication - Easy access to management and owner

Strong communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships with team members and clients.

Experience with CAD and Microsoft Applications. Chief Architect experience is a plus

Knowledge and understanding of residential construction process and municipal building standards and policies, and current City & State Building Codes.

Mange Furniture plans, Elevations, Renderings in AutoCAD

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft, and Adobe suite
