They must be able to manage a team of engineers, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all project requirements are met. Detailed Job Description Project Engineering Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the engineering activities of a project. This includes planning, designing, and executing the engineering tasks necessary to complete the project. They must be able to manage a team of engineers, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all project requirements are met. They must also be able to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Project Engineering Supervisors must have excellent communication and organizational skills. They must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly. They must also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.
