Performance Reporting Specialist Jobs

Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with document management systems and their functionality.

Review and balance credit card and all other tender type payments processed by Clerk cashiers twice daily.

Effectively manages multiple requests and prioritizes time sensitive inquires.

Provides amazing customer experiences in person, on the telephone and via email.

Comprehensive knowledge of criminal and civil court procedures and documents.

1–2 years experience in program management

Self and stakeholder management: scope and manage day-to-day work of projects independently

Detail-Oriented - You have exceptional organizational skills and you enjoy diving into operational processes

3+ years experience in strategy

Design and develop robust learning programs for multiple teams

A Problem Solver - You love breaking down highly complex problems into their easily explainable building blocks

Partner with organizational finance and business intelligence teams to validate data

Maintain current knowledge of laws/regulations regarding medical necessity, clinical documentation, compliance standards, reviewing, and other general clinical and business matters.

Maintain current knowledge of revenue cycle performance best practices and maintain knowledge of industry best practice of key performance indicators

3-5 years previous experience in similar role

CRCR or CSBI Certification, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire

Support the completion of revenue cycle award applications in collaboration with operational and client delivery partners

Maintain a high level of knowledge about Xfinity’s High Speed Internet service offerings while understanding the competitive environment

Present, promote and sell Xfinity High Speed Internet offerings for the world’s largest retailer

At least 1 year of retail sales or experience in the service industry

High School Diploma or Relevant Experience Preferred

Exceed sales targets and performance goals

Performance Reporting / Portfolio Accounting experience including understanding of finance/investments and accounting concepts

Prioritization skills: ability to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously

Monitor and manage workflow to ensure team is meeting client obligations and deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience

5+ years of relevant industry experience

1-3 years of leadership experience
