Optometrist – San Diego Jobs

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment with well-honed time-management skills

Closely work with a head of engineering, marketing, finance, sales, etc., and collaborate with managers to meet a monthly recruiting goal

Occasionally help on other HR tasks, such as company-wide events, office management, vendor relations, compliance, etc.

1-2 years of related experience will be a plus.

Annual salary ($40K-$50K, based on experiences on developing talent sourcing channels and effective process for an s/w company)

Working from home every Friday

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Experienced using EMR systems. Microsoft Office experience is preferred

Spanish or other language skills a plus
