The Nurse Director Orthopedic MedSurg will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, as well as providing ongoing education and development opportunities for existing staff. The Nurse Director Orthopedic MedSurg will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, and ensuring that the department is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
