Night Security Jobs

Education:High School education or equivalent experience.

Experience:Minimum two years prior experience in loss prevention.

Document a concise security report on a daily log including incidents of theft, accidents and safety violations. (10%)

Complete the necessary security forms to document losses of property or persona, injury to guest or employee. (10%)

Conduct investigations of security incidents. (10%)

Enforce the “No Solicitation Policy” of the hotel. (2.5%)

Reports the activities of the team to upper management in an effective, accurate, and timely manner.

Develops and updates checklists, protocols, and phone listings to effectively manage incidents and makes applicable notifications.

Working knowledge of the physical County geography layout.

Business letter writing, grammar and punctuation, and report preparation. Skill in:

Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to effectively operate and coordinate security tools and processes.

Being proactive and possess creative problem solving skills.

Reporting safety concerns and unusual circumstances to management.

Maintain open lines of communication with all management to address any issues or concerns as they arise.

Assisting with various BRG special events as assigned by the management team.

2 years experience in a similar role preferred

Comfort with directing people or taking up leadership responsibilities

Ensuring safety of all guests and employees within the restaurant, bar, and hotel premises.

Actively support the agencys risk management protocol that will effectively control and reduce accidents

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Patrol assigned buildings and grounds to observe and identify potential safety/security risks.

Respond to all intrusion and fire alarms and assist in implementing emergency procedures.
