Mental Conditioning Coach Jobs

A strong working knowledge and teaching skills in analysis and strength training techniques.

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification is preferred.

First Aid and Safety, CPR, and AED certification.

Strong organization and effective oral and written communication skills.

Prior experience in strength and conditioning programming, preferably high school or collegiate level.

Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or a related field from an accredited university.

Additional Required Licenses/Certifications/Posting Specific Minimum Qualifications:

Criminal History Screening, Education/Degree/Certifications Verification, Social Security Number Trace, and Sex Offender Registry Search

Strength and conditioning coaching experience at the Division 1 or professional level

Experience working with Division I basketball

Experience with collegiate and or professional sports teams preferred

Develops and administers the sports performance program for assigned teams using a holistic and systemic approach.

Education coaches on a variety of mental conditioning topics

Minimum requirement of masters Degree in Sport Psychology or related field

Experience in mental conditioning and/or coaching

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Playing, coaching or managing experience
