The Manufacturing Excellence Leader will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive manufacturing excellence program. This program will include the development of best practices, process improvement initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process. The Manufacturing Excellence Leader will work closely with the manufacturing team to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them. The Manufacturing Excellence Leader will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the manufacturing team, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure that the program is successful.
