Lean Process Engineering Manager Jobs

Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, check-out and trouble-shooting functions

Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment

Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions

Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment

Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus

Pursuing an Engineering degree in ME, EE or IE, sophomore classes completed.

Effective oral and written communication skills

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience

8D and 5Why corrective action and problem solving skills

DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience

Work closely with engineering management to assist with other engineering projects.

Communicate productively and positively with management and teams to accomplish engineering goals.

Prefer having some manufacturing experience in the design field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities for CAD Modeling / Tooling Designer

Generate 3D printable files in Fusion 360 for sheet metal forming tools.

Experience with Lean Transformation, Lean Implementation and Change Management

Establish site lean standards for visual management, 5S, daily management

Facilitate functional managers in establishing process flow by implementing visual management tools and methods to pull product through the work cells

Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university AND a Minimum of 3 years of lean manufacturing experience.

OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing experience.

Experience working in manufacturing, specifically in a shop floor environment
