1+ years of experience with configuring either LIMS or ELN or similar software.

Preferred: knowledge of one or more of GWT, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux, AWS

Develop and maintain relationships across our matrixed organization ensuring that any organizational changes are managed in a timely fashion.

Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience.

Responsible for working with the sales effectiveness team to leverage Salesforce and its related platforms.

Take detailed notes and record events/problems in the appropriate knowledge base

Schedule and coordinate meetings to review and solve customer issues.

Maintain consistent communication with customers for open issues

Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

Take note of customer resources/tools and install and test them locally to aid in the troubleshooting endeavor
