High School diploma or equivalent combination of experience training plus six months to one year of

Answering emergency and non-emergency calls; route calls and teletype message to appropriate person or

Enters NCIC, docket book, issuance of warrants, traffic citations and other information into the computer

Maintain daily log sheets; record times, locations and nature of trouble

Adhere to all standard operational procedures as outlined in the Jail Directive Policy

Complete training thru the Criminal Justice Academy/NCIC training

Good verbal and written communication skills

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver's License with good driving record

Minimum of 18 years of age

Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously

Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment
