Hotel Maintenance Engineer Riverwalk Jobs

Education: High school education or equivalent experience.

Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments.

Work alongside Chief Engineer and assist in projects around hotel

Monitor, control and report on the energy conservation programs.

Responsible for all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems.

Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences

Effective communication skills, being open to feedback and the ability to adapt quickly

Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant

Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed

Thrives in a customer first based retail environment.

Previous experience with plumbing, minor electrical maintenance, and A/C repair skills a plus.

Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time and be able to comfortable lifts 50 lbs.

Communicate verbally and writing in English.

Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills, with ability to handle all aspects of hotel maintenance

Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations

Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs to ensure work and safety compliance with ergonomic, emergency-response, and injury-prevention regulations
