Hand lineman necessary protective equipment needed for work being performed (i.e. (hotsticks, rubber goods, blankets, gloves, etc)

Prepare and assemble various line apparatus required for particular work being performed.

Drive and operate the various vehicles and/or equipment;

Keep work areas clean and organized. Pickup scrap wire, boxes, and other discarded materials.

Computer Skills for learning and compliance training

Knowledge of hand and power tools and the safety of their use

Work experience operating construction equipment

Installing and removing overhead and underground conductors

Rigging of all varieties for use with crane applications
