Grill Busser Food Runner Jobs

Other duties deemed necessary by Supervisor, Manager and/or Department Director.

Responsible for conducting all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.

Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.

Assist the Executive Chef and servers by monitoring the flow of orders into the kitchen

Provide final garnishes to plates before service, and inspect dishes to ensure consistent quality of presentation

Effectively communicate with restaurant staff and management to ensure quality guest experiences and smooth restaurant operation

Confidently know the current food and beverage offerings and answer questions or make recommendations

Clear unneeded items from tables throughout and after the guest dining experience

Great communication skills, both verbal and written

Minimum of one year of work experience in a fine dining environment.

Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergency situations.

High School diploma or GED required.

Follows all club guidelines pertaining to table setting, order taking, and sequence of service.

Knows and is able to communicate the menu items and daily specials.
