Formulate and implement fundamental sourcing and procurement policies and procedures across spending categories, including third-party management, privacy, risk, and compliance
Ensure relationship development and management with key suppliers
Manage and improve sourcing processes/performance through an effective Management Operating System to drive change and procurement transformation
Ten to twelve (10-12) years of managerial experience, global
Create and implement clear roles and responsibilities between contract reviews, sourcing, and procurement functions
Directly manages complex negotiations with suppliers that require a detailed strategic plan and have a direct correlation with operational needs goals
