Identify and assist in the development of Area Managers in the Region who are professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, dependable, and self-sufficient

Continue to expand the need for our services through education, awareness, and market development to provide sustained growth

Promote products or services to potential customers within a retail location

Increase sales by enhancing the exposure of products

Design in-store displays, special events, and advertising campaigns

Determine the most attractive market segments and customers based on the value of our service

You will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) and care for adult individuals with disabilities.

Attend in-person meetings to remain current on all product knowledge, sales, promotion techniques, and service benefits

0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related field

Possess a drive to exceed expectations regardless of the role or responsibilities given

Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and problem solve any situations that arise

Communicate properly and effectively in a professional manner

Assist colleague Entry Level Marketing Representatives and Business Development colleagues in achieving customer acquisition and sales goals

Experience in a leadership role or management type role or position

Community outreach and territory management

Experience thinking on your feet and being able to adjust based on event locations and retailer requirements

Experience in a client or customer-facing role; preferably one that required a high level of engagement with people

Experience in promoting a brand or product in a variety of ways

Experience in giving presentations to both large and small groups
