5 to 7 years Workday HRIS experience, with 3+ years management experience in data management/ administration, required.
The position is responsible for providing functional and technical management for Global HR technology data services delivery transformation.
Develops, manages, and supports self-service functionality (ESS/MSS). Design self-service features based on future needs to improve user experience.
BA/BS, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred.
Troubleshoots Workday data issues and offers guidance to staff when issues arise.
