Help facilitate multi-platform promotional campaigns across TV, digital, social & print.

Pulling stills and video for topical and image promotions.

Experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition, or product development would be advantageous but not required.

Learn all relevant product information.

Engage and educate potential customers about our client's brands and/or services.

Increase sales by effectively reaching out to your consumer base.

Ability to communicate with others and convey information in a professional and effective manner

2+ years’ experience supporting a Vice President, senior executive, and/or equivalent experience

Administrative experience as an EA in a professional setting in support of high-pace and large-scale organization

Proactively anticipate needs of Executive and manage office time efficiently

Professional, friendly, easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities, and assignments

3+ years’ Executive Assistant experience in entertainment

Experience supporting multiple executives in the fields of entertainment, advertising, or marketing ideal

Adding marketing experience to your resume

Developing your customer service skills through face to face interactions.
